I like the story because I think that the story is full of mystery. The “Jamaica Inn Part 2” told that Mary went to her uncle's home and she wanted to protect her aunt. But strangely, there was a room which is always noisy and locked. Mary's uncle warned her that no matter what things happened, she must to stay in her room. So the story lets me want to read it more.

comment: I like this song very much because I think this song is very romantic. And I have listened to this song when I went to see the movie-Twilight. So when I want to listen a music which is very comfortable, and I will choose this one.

I haven't used google syntax before. So when I first learned how to use google syntax, I felt very cool that I have never been. It lets me know that if I just know a website to learn English, I can use google syntax to find all of the website which is about learning English. So it is very useful when I want to search for more information.

1. change the subject: stop talking about one thing, and begin talking about something else. If you don't want to hear about it anymore, and you can say: change the subject.

2. love life: you are not getting any younger, and it may be too old to do something or to old to get married.

3. moving on: you want to stop talking about the topic and start to talk something else.

4. setting down: to get married, to start a family, to buy a house.

5. alone: to be by yourself without anyone else.

6. lonely: to feel sad because you are by yourself

7. that reminds me: to suddenly thought of something, to change the conversation.

8. type: the kind of person who you are interested.

9. diet: the kind of food you eat. normally, when someone wants to lose her weight, she will eat something food.

10. go out with: to go on a romantic date with someone, spending time with someone, like going to a moive.

11. break out with: to end the romantic relation with someone.

12. shedding those pounds: to lose weight.

13. anyway: usually to change the topic, it's often beginning in sentences.



I think the ESLPOD webside is very useful for me to learn English. When I listen to the dialog, it will slow down it's pace first so that I can listen to it carefully. And then it will start to explain something phrase or something words that I couldn't understant. It makes me learn more new words by listening. And next it will use the normal pace to read the dialog.

I think I learned a lot from the English class today. This is my first time to know ESL Cyber Listening Lab. It divides to three areas, easy, medium, and difficult. So I can choose it according to my English ability. And it also has many interesting dialogs that I can practice my reading. To my surprise, it has listening exercise after the listening is finished. I think it is the most useful that I can check if  I understand it or not. So I think it is the very useful website that I have never seen before. I will use it to improve my listening and anything I want to practice.
